Tom, of Power Flush UK, came out yesterday to power flush our heating system. Prior to his visit we had several radiators which were not heating up and others which only got lukewarm. He did a first class job. The house is now much warmer and the 3 radiators which were the biggest problem are now red hot. He also gave me some excellent advise on how to best operate my system. Tom arrived precisely on time despite travelling nearly 2 hours to get here. There was no mess. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking they need a power flush.

I'm really pleased that Tom managed to get my central heating working again by flushing out the radiators and pipes. He did a very thorough, expert job and didn't leave until the heating was working correctly. This firm was recommended by a trustworthy plumber and they did not disappoint! I would recommend them to anyone as they sorted my problem out (radiators not heating up) in one day. All toasty for the winter now! Ben was an excellent communicator and I'm a happy customer.

Big shout out to Tom and Ben of power flush UK. Our system had cold spots all over it no matter how it was rebalanced but was roasting hot all over by time Tom had given it a good flush out. Everything was explained thoroughly so not only was I left with a working system, I gained a lot of knowledge for future maintenance. They even brought a separate pair of indoor shoes to limit any mess! Friendly and professional service all round. Jolly good show boys!

If your central heating isn’t working properly, these are the guys to call. I have a micro-bore system which had completely given up the ghost, with almost no heat output. Ben arranged a rapid appointment, juggling around his diary to suit my needs. Tom arrived as promised and was fantastic. He explained clearly what he was doing at each stage, and why. After flushing the system both ways, he then flushed out each radiator one by one until the water ran clear. I was amazed at the amount of gunk that was pulled out - literally the water was black. Once he was done the system I thought might never work properly again was perfect. Instant heat to all the rads and cylinder. Boiler runs smoothly now without cutting in and out. Tom cleared up what little mess there was, replaced two valves in the airing cupboard that were faulty, and added a new valve to isolate the header tank all free of charge. I couldn’t be happier. I thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in 5 years time to keep everything running efficiently.
